Deck Rehab

Careful inspection reveals rotten wood and a need for replacement. Old deck boards are removed and framing is replaced with pressure treated lumber. New composite deck boards are installed on new framing to ensure durability and quality. Railings constructed on the bridge for safe stability. Any exposed wood is then prepared and coated in new paint. Turning an old eye sore into a front yard beauty.

New Construction and Roofing

The perimeter on an old stone structure is defined before any framing is started. Setting a ridge and rafters are next to establish the roof frame. Plywood sheathing is installed to create a solid structure. Roof underlayment and asphalt shingles are laid for water protection. Siding and trim to add the final touches on this old structure to make it new again.

Interior Framing

Removing two load bearing walls to create the maximum space possible. Site preparation and controlled demolition make a clean job site. Temporary walls are framed to carry the load of the ceiling joists above. Cut existing joists to create space for beam to be installed. Reconnection of joists with hangers to the beam. A room consuming wall can be removed to create the open space that is desired.

Floor Install

Removing existing floor and cleaning the surface of all nails and debris provides a clear workspace. Underlayment and floor leveling is much needed to ensure a smooth install of new flooring. New flooring laid seamlessly and provides a brand new look to the living space.
